Harkat Company is seeking a full-time IT Assistant to manage and support the company’s day-to-day technical operations.
The right candidate should be experienced in IT systems, proactive in problem solving, and able to train staff on basic technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, and other hardware
- Install and maintain CCTV camera systems
- Handle software installation, activation, and licensing
- Backup and restore company data and files
- Manage and update the company website
- Configure and maintain internet and local network systems
- Manage RDS (Remote Desktop Services) Server and user session
- Monitor server performance, storage, and backups
- Provide daily IT support to employees
- Train employees on solving simple IT problems
- Suggest and implement new IT solutions and improvements
- Maintain and service IT infrastructure regularly
Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- 6 days per week
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support or a similar role
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and server systems
- Experience with RDS Server and remote user support
- Good communication and employee training skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Self-motivated with a desire to improve systems and workflows
