HR Officer (Erbil)
Harkat is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer (Male) in Erbil to support our Human Resources operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, CV screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and issue contracts, offers, and HR-related documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and company regulations.
- Plan and implement training, performance evaluations, and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related matters within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR.
- Male candidate (Erbil-based).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High level of confidentiality and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR programs.
